What is the trend in food, why do we always are on a diet and why do we tend to eat as healthy as possible only because we see it as a trend. So I asked myself, it really is a thing now to eat healthy just because some people do it? Does a french chef think that a hamburger is really repugnant, or does he eat it in his own kitchen after a hard working day?
According to scientists, food industry tends to change, humans are more aware of their food habits and social activities, friends and a free commercial environment are enough to change a bad habit of a person.
If last year , I personally heard so much about the benefits of kale , the holy whole grain pasta and the unbelievable benefits of coconut water, this is the year when smoothies, cauliflower and ancient seeds are in trend.
